We moved into this home approximately 33 years ago, and we have raised our 2 daughters here. The location was ideal for us, especially for commuting as East Croydon station is approximately 1 mile away. Everything was convenient and on our doorstep.

Having the garage and off-road parking was an added bonus. We feel sad to be leaving, but now we need a smaller property to suit our needs. We have no doubt that the new owners will be very happy here.
