The location sets us off very nicely, being in a small cul-de-sac which is not usual this close to town. Having the peace and quiet of the small road as well as being extremely convenient is something you will never take for granted!
Not only is the town close by but the leisure centre is over the road as well as is the local bus service taking you into Tunbridge Wells or Brighton!
Now, the house itself is a good size and we can start with the lounge area. Big enough for most families along with the added bonus of a dining area connected to it, this has to be one of the best parts of the house.
Another real highlight is the fact you have three bedrooms but the master bedroom is an enviable size. Sometimes it’s nice to have a bit of extra space for yourself!
A decent private rear garden along with side access makes this great for a family. If you need more space, then over the road is the leisure centre with plenty of space to run around.

There were many reasons why I first loved the house and mostly because of the space and location. It was bigger than a lot of others I was looking at and in a location I really liked.
The kitchen area onto the utility area is a good space and backing onto the garden is great when entertaining in the summertime.
Having a garage and driveway was another real plus for me as being able to park close to your own home is something to savour sometimes!
It’s a great house and I hope the next owner will be as happy here as I have over the past few years.
