When we moved here, we were looking for a new home which could give us the extra space we needed and this house certainly didn't disappoint. We love the location as it's so quiet and the High Street and local schools are all within easy reach. Cranleigh has such a good selection of shops and amenities that we don't often need to go into Guildford although it's only 8 miles away. If we fancy a walk, we can be in the pretty countryside within a couple of minutes and the Surrey Hills are also just a short drive away so it really is a great location.

With all the recent refurbishment, we believe we've created a lovely home that the new owners can just move into and enjoy.
