Location was important for us before we settled on a house and when we viewed this particular home we knew immediately it was the one for us. Everything is close by, the shops, seafront and bus routes but what we liked the most was the spacious and expansive feel about lour location, indeed if you stand outside and look down the road, you have a view of the sea!
As well as the house being ideally suited for us, the parking situation was perfect as we have two cars so with a garage as well the driveway, we are sure it will satisfy most buyers needs.
