We were elated to be able to buy this home brand new, direct from Mildren Homes. Having looked at some other new homes locally at the time, we were impressed with the finish and knew we had to have it.
The location is great for us, being so close to Chichester was a real attraction but since exploring we have found a great little walk along the canal which is lovely in the summer months.
We wouldn't have even contemplated moving were it not for a recent job change, so we are looking to reduce the commute. We have seen a few new homes which we would be happy to move to, so there is no lengthy chain to worry about.
