The property has been in our family for a vast number of years and it really has been a much loved home. It is in such a fantastic location offering peace and quiet with easy access into Cheam with some excellent amenities and transport links on our doorstep.
With the property not having been extended extensively as most of the neighbours have we feel it is now time to pass the property onto a new family to update and extend to their needs and put their own mark on it.
It will be sad to see the house sell, but know that we are handing over what will be a superb property to the new owners.
