My husband has lived here since he was about 10 years old and we have lived here together for the last 26 years very happily. We’ve always stayed in this area as we have really liked the location. It’s so easy to get into the City centre from here. You can easily walk there or you can always catch the bus if you’re feeling a bit tired. I used to work at the University and I found it very easy to get there from here too. Over the years we have made many improvements to our home. Things such as the conservatory have been added, the bathroom was replaced about 6 years ago and we have kept it well maintained.
