I have been in this house since 2009 and fell in love with it the moment I saw it for various reasons. Like it is now the home was in really good condition meaning I did not have to do any work. It was clean and tidy and also very light. I also love the location as I feel I am in a great spot being close to both Canterbury East and West train stations. There is also good access to the A2 if I ever need to commute as well as a short stroll to the City. I also love how close it is to the university which is great for access to work.
