I’ve had this house since 1999 and primarily we chose it because it is a good sized family house. It’s got a nice sized back garden – great for keeping chickens and for the children to play too! The area here is great. It’s in the catchment area for some good schools. It’s a ten minute walk to the trains station and City centre. There is a big supermarket nearby for any shopping. You can drop onto the A2 and then the M2 very easily from here. There really are so many great things about this area. I think our house would be great for a family, a first time buyer or a landlord. Lots of properties in this area have been turned into student lets.
