Property description
From the award winning butchers, local school, choice of fantastic pubs and the famous fireworks, Brockham is certainly on the map. No wonder the current owner snapped up the chance to live here when they did with the superb great community atmosphere. From the minute you pull up onto the large gravelled driveway, you will instantly see the view over the fields and will immediately see what captured the heart of the owner 13 years ago.
If your idea of relaxing is cosy evenings in with your feet up on the sofa, the lounge area is just the place to unwind. If entertaining is more your thing then not to worry as the dining area means you can have friends and family over for dinner, overlooking the back garden. Any budding chef will relish the size of the extended kitchen area as it boast plenty of space getting stuck into the recipe books! With a full integrated range of appliances and enough room for a breakfast table and chairs, you may find yourself spending lots of time in here! If you find yourself with a house full, upstairs won't disappoint either as there is plenty of room for your guests to stay the night and easily room for a growing family. When it's time for some sunshine, you can head outside to the garden where there is plenty of room for enjoying a barbecue or pottering about and growing your own. There is even a garage for parking your pride and joy but if you'd prefer it as extra storage or for somewhere to tinker, you can always park the car on the driveway.
What the Owner says:
I moved here over 13 years ago and for me it was all about the view. I took one look at it and was hooked from the word go. Since living here, I have re-decorated and re-carpeted throughout and had the kitchen replaced. I've also had the garage door painted and have spent a huge amount of time and effort in both the front and back garden.
It's a lovely village and I have felt incredibly safe here and my neighbours are superb and will be missed dearly. I'm hoping to move closer to friends in West Sussex now but know the new owners will love it here.
