I have owned this house a number of years and lived in it myself when I first bought it.
What particularly attracted me to it was the location. I love to be able to walk into town and to the seafront within minutes, and the fact that there are so many local primary and secondary schools so close by was also really important. Over recent years I have rented the property out and it's always been very popular for all of these reasons.
We added the conservatory to give us extra living space and this has always been the centre of family life.
We are now selling the house chain free.
