My parents always loved this location and loved being down Ladies Mile Road as they always felt it was a quiet location but being so close to town and not being on a busy road was perfect for them.
They also loved the room sizes as the house feels very spacious no matter which room you are in. We have always thought it was a lovely size, certainly gathering around the table at mealtimes was always easy to accommodate everyone, whether you’re in the dining room or if you fancied eating out and enjoying the views from the conservatory.
