There are two efficient bus services travelling from Exeter and passing through the village of Bow. A unique feature of the village is the very high raised pavement running down one side of the main street. There is an inn, Bow Medical Surgery, an excellent primary school, village hall and Co-op mini supermarket.

• From Crediton take the A377 to Copplestone, forking left onto the A3072 as signed to Bow
• Follow this road for about 3 miles until arriving in Bow
• Immediately on arrival in Bow, take the first left hand turning as signed to Coleford

• Take the first right hand turning at Gratton Manor Cross as signed to Nymet Tracey
