You'll struggle to find a small room here. Once you’ve finished you can close everything away in the utility, chuck another log onto the burner and enjoy the rest of the evening.

You have the luxuries you would expect from modern day living, ground floor cloakroom, gas heating and double glazing, it all fits seamlessly.
The location is fantastic, if you enjoy walking, wildlife, peace and quiet then this home will interest you, The cottage is in a rural setting but on the fringes of a large town with shops like Sainsbury’s & Marks & Spencer just a few minutes away, so you have the best of both worlds.
What the Owner says:
We have lived in this cottage for over 10 years and it has been a great place to bring up our family. It’s fantastic to be able to walk out your front door and walk for hours, it’s a great way to wear out the children and dog.
We have all the main shopping facilities just a few minutes away by car and great transport links with the addition of the new bypass. The grain silo behind had initially been a concern but we hadn’t realised that it is only used for a few days a year.
The house is just too large for us now and have made the decision to down size locally.
