The substantial nature of our house impressed us when we first saw it and we could see the potential in opening up the kitchen and dining room to produce a more family friendly room. Being able to access the patio from here makes it an "extension" of the house in the summer months and even when it s not so nice its still a good space for the children to play in.

We've really enjoyed our time here, but with a growing family we would just like a little bit more space and an extra bedroom to work from.

The new owners will inherit a smashing house and lovely neighbours!
