During our occupation we have replaced the entrance porch and conservatory, changed the heating system and replaced the boiler again in the last 3 years. We have also rewired, renewed the bathroom and cloakroom suites, re-rendered the back of the house and flashing and replaced much of the double glazing.
Apart from the wonderfully quiet setting and village lifestyle, we fell in love with the large gardens. They offer a high degree of seclusion and we have improved them and added a greenhouse and vegetable garden.
Our house has served us well and we have been very happy here, enjoying close access to the M25, Gatwick and central London but now wish to enjoy our retirement in the South West.
