We moved up to Banstead from Basingstoke to be closer to my place of work in Chessington and my son’s college Nescott- Epsom.
We love the semi-rural setting of the area and having the park just a stone's throw away means it is great for dog walking. We have spent years working on our passion which is our garden - it’s our oasis and we hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have. Internally we upgraded the skirting boards and banister which are now oak, renewed the soffits and guttering, replaced the bathroom suite and laid Karndean flooring to the hall, kitchen area and cloakroom.
The third bedroom was bigger than lots of other houses we had seen and the double garage was a real bonus.
