This leads into the individually owned parking areas. From the parking area of No. 4 a gravelled path leads through its own privately owned garden to the pathway which runs in front of all the houses. No. 4 is a delightful mid-terrace Victorian house which is Grade 11 listed and is extremely well presented with many period details enhanced by contemorary benefits including gas central heating with radiators.
