When we were looking for a property we wanted a location that was close to amenities and good transport links so the position of the property was excellent as we have both Sutton’s amenities with train links close at hand.
The property was also set over two floors so has the feeling of a house with a terrace leading from the lounge so we also had outside space.
We have come to love the cosy feel of the flat and we have updated the rooms so will be sad to leave but know we are handing over a superb property to the new owners.
