This was a fantastic purchase for me when I was looking for my first home. I fell in love with it not only because of the space, but because of how practical it was going to be for me. Comparing it to what is on the market now I feel spoilt, not only do I have three bedrooms and a garden but the property is positioned just a short stroll from the Purley Way. If you aren't familiar then you will be pleased to know its full of shops, leisure centres, transport links and restaurants.
I love the fact I don't have to get in the car and drive. I'm going to miss this flat but I'm now off to pursue a life with my family in a different part of the country!
