The best things about living here is the size and location. It is a larger than average maisonette and has a light and modern interior. I did an extensive refurbishment during 2014 so someone could move straight in.
On a nice day it is so easy to walk to the seafront and beach, the scenery coupled with the choice of cafes, restaurants and shops make for a fantastic day out. We are so lucky to live so close to everything.
For those that need to travel to London for work or pleasure, then Broadstairs train station is close by, and with its fast links to St. Pancras, it could not be easier.
