When we began our search for a new home we presumed it would be an easy task, we were proved wrong!

We needed three double bedrooms, a sunny balcony and a garage and combining all this was difficult to find. After a lengthy search we finally found 'the one', it met all our requirements and much, much more.

As well as a home we have also let the property out, it was very popular and commanded a premium rental income. Alas it is time to upsize, hence the sale.
