We were immediately attracted to the quirkiness and the amount of space it offered compared to similar properties we had looked at. A not so obvious benefit of the progressive, ecological design is how comfortable it has been to live in. Room temperatures are very stable summer and winter and our energy bills have been 30% lower than the conventional property we lived in before. The lounge and kitchen areas have been our favourite part of the property and we have hosted many events with friends and family here. Bedroom three has also doubled up as a study and a playroom over the years. This is a truly amazing home that in our personal experience and opinion really does have to be viewed to be appreciated.
