I have lived here for the last twelve years and prior to that I resided in Woodford so I knew when this flat became available I just had to buy it. This is a quiet location but it's very easy to visit the High Road with its coffee shops and restaurants, or I can take a walk through the Monkhams Estate down to the Broadway to the station if I wanted to venture into the City. This is a very secure block but it's also very neighbourly and it's been great to get to know many of the other residents. There is a storage cupboard on the ground floor and a garage which is very useful for storage or parking. The flat also has lots of storage cupboards which means it never feels cluttered here.
