When I first set eyes on ‘Park Gate’ I knew I had found my dream home. The location was perfect, central yet quiet, the communal gardens were lovely and in full bloom and to top it all the apartment just blew me away with the sheer size and its bright double aspect.

I initially bought the apartment as my main residence then subsequently rented it out due to relocating to America. It has been a popular property on the rental market and always commanded a premium rent.

Sadly it’s time to say a fond farewell to my home and pass it on to someone new to enjoy. I hope they will be as happy as I have been here and wish them the best of luck in their new home.
