Fee Advice for Tenants



Before moving into the property you will need to pay the following monies:



One Calendar Months Rent in Advance £1,350.00

6 Weeks Rent as Deposit £1,869.23

Administration Fee (one weeks rent plus VAT) £373.85

Tenant Reference fee - £50 plus VAT per tenant £60.00

Property inspection - Check in and check out report £125.00

Sub-Total £3,778.08.00



Fee of Intent (Holding Deposit of £300)



If your offer is then accepted by the landlord and we are to start references and take the property off of the market we will request a second fee of intent. Second payment of £300.00 to be paid within 3 days of your offer being accepted. Failure to pay the second fee of intent will result in the property not being taken off of the market.



Please note that both fees of intent (total £600) is not an additional cost and the fees will be taken off of your total move in monies.



If your offer is accepted and all parties agree to start the process, your reference forms have to be fully completed and produced to us (Chesney's) and returned to us within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in the property being back on the market and the loss of the fee of intent.
