We have lived here for over ten years, previously resided in Buckhurst Hill so we knew it was a fantastic location. It's such a short walk to the station and just over twenty minutes into Liverpool Street, which hugely increases the time we spend together as a family during the week. Since we have been here we have decorated most of the house. A few years ago refurbished the bathroom, we have installed new central heating and recently re-plastered. As a family we always intended to stay here permanently and as such we had plans drawn up for extending our home.
