This has been a wonderful family home and the location has been perfect. The children have been able to walk round to the park to play and it was easy to keep an eye on them.
Over the last year I have done a lot to the house including damp proofing, new flat roof on the office, new roof tiles on the house, changing some of the glass in the double glazing and we installed a new boiler last year.
Now my children have grown up I am looking to move to a smaller property.
