I have lived here for quite some time and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The location has been very convenient as it is close to the station and industrial estate which is really handy for shopping and travel. Being in the corner of the cul de sac is nice and quiet making my garden very peaceful which is great in the summer months. It’s the largest plot and allows someone to add a garage or an outbuilding subject to planning consensus. I have maintained my home over the years, it is a good opportunity for those looking to start a family. I will miss my home but I hope the new owner enjoys it as much as I have.
