Property description
If you are looking for a slice of village life then this could be the home for you. This lovely home at the very end of Beult Meadow has undoubtedly, one of the most spectacular uninterrupted views offered within such a central village location.
Internally you will be surprised and delighted by the amount of space and well balanced living accommodation and whats more, the potential to extend and create a larger home as and when your family require.
Being the last house on the right hand side of this quiet street means that the property benefits from great parking facilities and that all important privacy. When you are in the property and even more so in the garden, you will feel that you own a little bit of the countryside just for yourself and even forget that you have neighbours nearby!
Beault Meadow is set in the picturesque village of Smarden. There are local shops within walking distance including Post office and village store along with butchers, art gallery and three local pubs.
Smarden is a village that is well known for its beauty, sense of community and of course being a historical Kentish Village – And in our opinion one of the most sought after.
This property must be viewed to fully appreciate not only the accommodation on offer but the stunning views, preferential situation and the abundance of potential one can choose to take advantage of.
What the Owner says:
I knew from the start that I wanted to live in Smarden because of the village's great beauty and character, but finding the right size of property, with the budget I had, was difficult.
But then I discovered Beult Meadow for sale and snapped it up because I knew such properties seldom came to the market.
The wonderful views and its closeness to the heart of the village were the main selling points for me, as was the planning permission to extend the property to the side, which alas, I never got around to implementing. However, I am sure the opportunity and flexibility remains for someone else to pick up on that. I just hope that whoever buys the property will enjoy living in it as much as I have.
