Having owned this house for some thirty years, it is the sort of property that could have many different uses. It can be lived in nicely as a couple, for us as a young family we could not have asked for more than this home gave us. We have some very fond memories of our time here. We feel it would also rent well to families and in this area properties never stay empty for very long!
Whether the new owners live there like we used to, or rent it out like others in the area we hope that they get as much out of this house as we have.
