We moved here 30 years ago when our children were young. We chose this property as there were good schools near by, it was a good size for our family and the garden was ideal for our kids. Another reason we liked it here was because there is a bus near by that can take you into Sidcup, Welling and Bexleyheath.
Since living here we have installed a new kitchen, shower room, bathroom, porch and landscaped the garden. We know this is a great home which more than caters for a family and we will miss it very much, but wish the new owners years of happiness, just as we have had.
