We have enjoyed this home for over 20 years. The location is fantastic due to the proximity of both excellent road links (M23 and M25 motorways) and fast train links to Central London (journey time of 30 minutes). We loved the look of the house, it has great kerb appeal, its a very pretty Victorian building with low maintenance front and rear gardens.
The off road parking and outbuilding were a major attraction to us. The outbuilding is currently being used as a workshop but has the potential to be developed into a self contained annexe (subject to planning permission), or used as a playroom, or for extra living space or even as a home office.
