We bought this house as we love the location, we have several good schools nearby and it's easy to get everywhere from here; Ramsgate train station is nearby, and the convenience shops at St Lawrence are handy for a newspaper or pint of milk!

We chose this house over the others available as it is at the end of the terrace rather than being in the development, which means we have the widest garden on the development - that was very important to us for our young children.

We have loved living here and the only reason we are looking to sell is to move to Broadstairs.
