This was my Nan's house and I believe it has been in the family since new. I bought it from her about twelve years ago and having lived in Petworth all my life, couldn't have imagined living anywhere else.

I updated and improved the property straight away and in 2014/15 I had the house extended to the rear, creating a wonderful, high-ceilinged dining area, which opens onto the garden and is a great place to entertain. At the same time a new kitchen with solid oak work surfaces was installed plus new flooring.

It's now time to move on though and I hope the new owner enjoys this wonderful family home just as much.
