As soon I walked through the door I knew this was the property for me. I love the location and also the period features throughout the cottage.
I love the "Hobbit house" it's set in its own garden with a pond and waterfall that gives it a serene environment. Any friends or family who come to visit always say that they love staying there.
The cottage has a double pitched roof, only one side has been developed. By expanding into the second loft a mezzanine level could be added with access through the single room ceiling. This would create a remarkable second bedroom space adding space and value.
