This has been a lovely house to live in being at the end of a cul-de-sac it is so quiet and peaceful yet close enough for us to get into town.
We have maintained the house to a good standard so the new owners can move in with ease. There is a lounge opening into your dining area where we have hosted many dinner parties with our friends. There is also an additional room off of the kitchen which we have used as a study and playroom over the years, such a useful space that offers great potential.
The rear garden is a great place for the children to play in with their friends. We are sad to leave but after 10 happy years it is time for us to move on.
