Property description
When people think of Lympne they immediately think of Lympne Castle and Port Lympne Wildlife Park, however Lympne has so much more to offer. There is an excellent village hall, which is due to be extended and holds many social events throughout the year. If you want a quick bite to eat we would definitely recommend trying the food at the local pub, and you won’t need to worry if you run out of milk as there is a convenience store/post office as well.
This home is tucked away in a small cul-de-sac within the village and as you pull up outside for the first time you will instantly notice how quiet it is here.
The lounge/diner is flooded with light from the afternoon sun and is a great place for the whole family to gather at the end of the day. There is even space for a large dining room table and chairs, giving you somewhere to entertain friends and family when they come to visit.
If you enjoy alfresco dining then you will definitely be heading for the garden, as it catches the sun at the end of the day, making this the perfect spot to sit and relax, or maybe have a barbeque. The current owners have planted a nice selection of shrubs and trees, and there is even a union jack bush which has red, white and blue flowers on it.
There is plenty of storage space as this home has a garage and you could utilise the eaves areas if you need additional space.
What the Owner says:
We have lived here for ten very happy years and one of the main reasons we chose this home, was Lympne’s fantastic location.
If like us you have a family, then you will be pleased to know that the local primary school has scored very well in recent Ofsted reports, which will hopefully give your children a great start to their education.
When it comes to doing our weekly shop we are spoilt for choice, as a few miles away in Hythe there is a Sainsburys, a Waitrose, an Aldi and an Iceland. Having the M20 close by has also been very handy, as it has given us easy access to Ashford, London and the Eurotunnel terminal.
