What sold the house to us was definitely the location, the area is so lovely and peaceful, you just can’t believe that we are within walking distance of the town. And then when you look at the other facilities nearby, the train station, the Capitol Theatre, Horsham Park, fantastic primary and secondary schools and of course the beautiful Chesworth Farm, this property really has given us everything we needed and so much more.
We also loved the road with the different styles houses, and being a cul-de-sac the only passing traffic are our neighbours and their guests, so the road is so much quieter than many of the roads in the local area.
