We were moving down from Dorking and were particularly drawn to Horsham, and not just because of the excellent schools and the low crime rates, but also because it was just so much better value for money. We could get an extra bedroom for our money here which was ideal with a young family, we needed as much space as possible and only had a limited budget.

Having the extra space to the side really has given us a fantastic size garden with plenty of space for the trampoline and for the children when they were younger to run around in. The patio to the side was the adult area, somewhere private where we could sit down and relax for a few moments and take a well earned rest.
