The house is located in quiet, small cul-de-sac with no through traffic and a stone’s throw from the local park. It comes with a garage and off road parking. As soon as you enter you can see this really is a house you can move straight into, with its spacious entrance hall and neutral walls give the feeling of light and space. The lounge area is a great size with open fire place taking centre stage and patio doors making this room lovely and bright. The formal dining area, which is open plan to lounge, is a fantastic family area great for those people who like to entertain. The kitchen is the heart of this house with plenty of work surfaces and cupboards available, this really is a kitchen to be proud of. The gardens are just breathtaking with beautiful seating areas all set around wonderful stocked boarders with mature trees and a fantastic pond complete with a large patio area making a great place to enjoy the summer

What the Owner says:

I bought this property due to the size of the garden and the fact that you are tucked away at the end of the cul-de-sac.
Since I have been here I have decorated from top to bottom, put in a bespoke new kitchen with extra wide worksurfaces, added the patio doors in the lounge.
The garden has been completely transformed It was so plain with no boarders and no plants. I have landscaped the whole garden with so many different types of plants, shrubs, trees and added the patio area there is now colour in the garden all year round.
I enjoy walking and there are so many countryside walks on your doorstep.
