I bought this property some years ago as I could see that the area was about to be regenerated.
There is a local shop along the road and a really nice pub which looks out over the boats that harbour in the canal basin which leads onto the promenade h offering wonderful riverside walks. There is also a park close by where the children can kick a ball and let of some steam.
