We bought this property about four years ago as we liked the character and the look of a 1930's house and knew that it was in a nice location. We can walk to the local primary school, library and even into Gravesend so have never needed more than one car. Our little boy loves kicking a ball around in Woodlands Park, which is only a stone's throw away so, basically everything needed is on our doorstep.
The house had already been extended but we have decorated throughout, laid wooden flooring but mostly enjoyed landscaping the rear garden where we have held many barbecues.
The only reason for selling is due to a job relocation but if we could pick up our house and move it then we would.
