This house has been in my family for over 70 years, being originally owned by my grandparents who lived here for over 50 years. It has always been a great place to live with a real community spirit, which is hard to find these days. The neighbours are great and all look out for each other.
In recent years the house had been let and now that the tenants have vacated and i live so far away in Wales, I have decided it is time to sell. Before doing so I have spent months improving the house, so that the new owners will not have to do a thing.
