We actually came from Tilgate when we moved here, so we knew already what a great area it is to live in.
What really pulled us in to this house out of all those that we viewed had to be the amount of potential it held and what we could do to improve it further. Also, the big plus was the workshop plus parking which is a real rarity in the area.
The neighbourhood is delightful and there is a real sense of community.
If it wasn't for the fact we feel it's time to be downsizing, we would not be moving. This house is a fantastic family home and we hope the new owners will have many happy years here.
