We have lived here for quite a while and added the extension onto the side which has nearly doubled the size of the house, we absolutely love the size of the lounge dining room which could be split if you wanted, and the kitchen breakfast room is large enough for us to eat, cook and entertain all at the same time.
Living here has been great as we can walk into the centre of Emsworth with ease or down Beach Road to the waterfront which is lovely both in the summer for enjoying the delights of Chichester harbour and also in the winter for winter walks to either Emsworth or Langstone, and of course the schooling here is great.
