Having lived here for the last 40 years, Pixholme Court has been a pleasure to reside at. It offers the convenience of the town on your door step but is also set away just enough to be able to enjoy the walks of Box Hill just moments away.

I always thought about extending to create a tranquil conservatory or sun room but never got round to this so this would be an option for the new owners to look into.
