One of the things I fell in love with when I first saw this home some time ago was the plot. It's surrounded by trees and is lovely and private and having the woods on the doorstep, it is absolutely ideal for walking the dog. It is also incredibly handy for Ashcombe school and the mainline train station for getting into London. Being on a private road, it's exceptionally quiet and there is rarely passing traffic. It was brand new when I bought here 5 years ago so there was very little I had to do other than move in but I have fenced the garden and made it dog proof!
It's a lovely warm home and its safe to say it is brilliant for bringing up a family. I am now looking for somewhere smaller which is the only reason I am moving.
