I was first interested in this property because of its distance to the station. Both myself and daughter have really benefited from the short walk to Dartford Station as we both travel to London on a daily basis. It is also a really nice place to live as there is a children's park around the corner and also a Tesco and Co-Op at the end of the road, which is perfect if we need a quick last minute food shop at the end of the day.

The property itself was ideal for me when I first moved in, although as the years have gone on I have done a lot of work throughout. 10 years ago I extended the property at the back, adding an office and downstairs bathroom which really helped in the mornings with my children's preparation for school.
