This has been the family home for over 50 years and there are many a fond memory here.

Living here was perfect when we was growing up as it is so close to some of the best schools such as Dartford grammar for boys and girls and even West hill primary school.

Over the years the house has been updated, most recently we had the conservatory done about 1 year ago, and the gas fire in the lounge. The boiler has also been updated 4/5 years ago.
